Our Mission

Currently, Israel is in the middle of conducting a horrifying genocide in Palestine against the Palestinian people, and that is not something we will stand for, nor should anyone. The Palestine Solidarity Work-Group was created so that we can focus on pushing for an end to a genocide, in what ways we can, such as advocating more effectively for an end to funding for Israel and pushing for ceasefire resolutions in Michigan.

What We Do

• Coordinate with YDSA chapters to push for colleges and universities to divest from Israel and support a ceasefire
• push for support of divestment and ceasefire politics within our labor, electoral, and tenant movements

Who We Work With

We work with unions, local organizations, and nearby DSA chapters, among many others, to push for divestment and ceasefire support where we can.
